Agregamos los chiles pimientos y el apio y los sofreímos poco tiempo. Agregamos consomé de pollo, sazón completa al gusto, jamón, tocino y sofreímos. Rellenamos el pavo en su interior y en los cortes laterales.
- Hornear pavo. Pre calentamos el horno por 10 minutos. Tapamos el pavo con aluminio lo introducimos en el horno a una temperatura de 200°C durante 3 horas y media. Siempre estamos revisando el pavo.
